John Edward Vogt II


   I was born and raised in Boerne, Tx, a small town just outside of San Antonio. Being born and raised in South Texas has blessed me with some of the best lakes to fish in the world. As a young kid I learned to fish on the creeks and ponds around town and fishing has been my passion ever since. My goals for next year are to compete on the professional side of the FLW Stren Series, South Texas Bass Federation and Bass Champs.

    - 2007 Angler of The Year - American Bass Anglers (dist.51)
    - Ranked 11th over in Tx FLW BFL (co-angler) 2006

Fishing strengths:
    - sight fishing
    - Deep water structure
    - Versatility and patience

Goals for 2008 - fish the FLW Stren Series, Bass Champs and the Texas Bass Federation.
